Place Local Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting the Recruiter in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
