🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing transformational initiatives.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in change management (e.g., ProSCI, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
