As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and business development for AEON's operations in Bali. This includes developing and implementing growth strategies, managing key business relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of expansion plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic growth plans for AEON's operations in Bali.
Manage key business relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
Oversee the execution of expansion projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business processes.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government and community leaders.
Represent AEON at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the retail and consumer goods industry, with experience in strategic planning and business development.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in strategic management or business development is a plus.
Experience in managing operations in a fast-paced, dynamic market is highly desirable.
