In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical assistance to employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain server and network security.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
