📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and customer service.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to customers.,Oversee inventory management and cost control to maintain profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
