📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies.,Reviewing financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and risk mitigation strategies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
