📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of telesales agents, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.,Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales and sales management.,Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in telesales and sales management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
