📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize business processes using Bizagi Modeler and Microsoft Visio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Create clear, actionable workflows using BPMN notation.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop process documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Implement process changes and monitor their impact on performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance process design.
• Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business process design and optimization.
• Proven experience with Bizagi Modeler and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong understanding of BPMN notation and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific processes in hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus.
• Certification in Certified Business Process Analyst (CBPA) or similar is a plus.
