Join Alpro Pharmacy as an Operational Excellence Intern and play a key role in enhancing our retail operations through data-driven insights and process improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in store audits, CCTV monitoring, and data analysis to support our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Located in the vibrant city of Denpasar, you'll be part of a dynamic team working in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
As an Operational Excellence Intern, you'll work closely with our retail managers and operations team to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and ensure compliance with company policies. You'll gain valuable experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis software, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that directly impact our store performance.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct store audits to assess compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Monitor CCTV footage to identify customer behavior patterns and operational inefficiencies
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements based on data insights
- Collaborate with retail managers to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
- Support the operations team in maintaining accurate inventory records and sales reports
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence across the organization
- Contribute to the development of training materials and process documentation
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles
