MBG Fruits is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales of fresh produce, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales of fresh produce to customers, both in-store and online.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively.,Stock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.,Assist in pricing and promotions to drive sales and meet targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with fresh produce and its handling is beneficial.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
