This position is based in Bangka Belitung and offers a competitive salary package of IDR 45,000,000 to 65,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sustainable mining practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Oversee mining operations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for mining projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of mining operations in terms of environmental impact.
• Provide technical guidance and support to mining teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable mining strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in green mining technologies and best practices.
• Report on mining activities and environmental performance to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining engineering, with a focus on sustainable practices.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards related to mining.
• Experience with green mining technologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
