Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.,Conduct regular employee and customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.,Monitor and analyze customer and employee data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops to promote a strong team culture.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to staff relations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in staff relations and customer experience roles.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and customer service principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR and customer experience software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
