📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Maintain and update technical documentation.,Assist in the implementation of new technical solutions.,Monitor system performance and report any issues.,Train and support end-users on technical products and services.,Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system integration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of technical systems and troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in relevant software and hardware.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Familiarity with network and system administration.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
