📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement agribusiness strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage and optimize supply chains to ensure efficient distribution of agricultural products.
• Lead and mentor a team of agricultural professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the agribusiness sector.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with farmers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
• Represent GreenHarvest AgriSolutions at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agribusiness management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing agribusiness operations.
• Strong understanding of agricultural supply chains and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and agricultural management software such as FarmVille or similar.
• Certification in Agribusiness Management or relevant field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
