📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.,Managing a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of healthcare services.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care, quality, and safety within the section.,Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.,Representing the health center at meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.,Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, such as Nursing, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.,Proficiency in relevant healthcare software and systems.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of quality and safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
