📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu plans that align with company goals and customer preferences.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Innovate and improve existing recipes and cooking techniques.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to specified standards and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and technology.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
