📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure the bar is stocked with appropriate supplies and beverages, and maintain proper inventory control.,Create and maintain a well-organized drink menu that reflects the latest trends in mixology.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.,Maintain a clean and safe bar environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bar operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handling and safety certification.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
