📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data.,Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of audit activities and the implementation of corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing to continuously improve audit processes.,Provide guidance and support to junior auditors to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit work.,Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address audit issues.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
