📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our products.
  • Provide expert advice on our products to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend and participate in medical and scientific conferences and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and mentor junior medical representatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
