📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set and track individual and team sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales consultants to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the local market and industry trends in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
