📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
