In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning initiatives are well-integrated.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
