Sumber Elsa Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure the cafe runs efficiently and meets quality standards.,Train and develop staff to maintain high service levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages.,Manage the ordering and delivery of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Experience in a remote management role is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using basic software for inventory and scheduling.,Knowledge of coffee and food preparation is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
