Code Market Jaya is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Canggu, Bali. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Assess and measure the impact of training programs on employee performance and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
