📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and local laws.,Represent the restaurant at community events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is required.
