Zone Shop Group is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Blitar. As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and bank deposits.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of store records and files.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and staff.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and merchandise.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Participate in store events and promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, administration, or a similar role is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and spreadsheets.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
