📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of dental products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
