📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet departmental goals.,Address and resolve employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
