📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are on track and deadlines are met.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members to help them improve.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and performance metrics.,Attend meetings and provide updates to management on a regular basis.,Train and develop new team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is preferred.,Indonesian citizenship or work permit.
