📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed,Assist in the development of user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work,Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes
