📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge gained from training.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Prepare and distribute training materials, including manuals, handouts, and other resources.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning theories.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
