📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee technical aspects of vessel operations, including maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance vessel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the vessel crew and shore-based teams.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including classification societies, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including technical manuals, safety procedures, and compliance records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our technical and operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on technical supervision and compliance.
• Certifications in relevant maritime regulations, such as SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Proficient in using technical software and tools, such as Maxsurf, AutoCAD, and MarineSim.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
