As a Night Shift Waiter & Cashier, you'll be the face of our establishment, greeting guests with a warm smile and ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll handle table service, take orders, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you'll manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records using our POS system, Square.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional table service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records using Square POS system.
• Assist in managing the night shift, including opening and closing the cash register, and ensuring the bar is clean and stocked.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in the dining area and restrooms.
• Promote our menu items and specials to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing our brand with pride.
• Assist in any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a waiter, cashier, or similar position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with Square POS system or other point-of-sale software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is required.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
