📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Use CRM tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk to manage and track customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
