Health, Safety and Environment Specialist

Hyundai Engineering Indonesia Facility Management (HEIFM) is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce and maintaining compliance with HSE regulations across our facilities and projects. As an HSE Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing and monitoring HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to our employees. In this role, you will work closely with our facility managers and project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring that all our operations are conducted safely and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
• Monitor and enforce HSE standards across all facilities and projects.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE best practices.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the HSE management system, including incident reporting and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with facility managers and project teams to ensure HSE compliance in all operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a facility management or construction environment.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
