📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed our sales targets.
• Manage the store's inventory and staff, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient operations.
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by customers.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and improving store operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
