📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the development of innovative packaging solutions for a diverse range of consumer products.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate packaging design with product development, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of sustainable packaging materials, aligning with Godrej's commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to optimize packaging solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate and respond to market demands.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging design and materials.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Represent Godrej Consumer Products Indonesia at industry conferences and events, showcasing our packaging innovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in packaging development and management, with a proven track record in leading packaging projects.
• Proven expertise in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and COSMOS.
• Strong understanding of sustainable packaging materials and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
