📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Address employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to understand HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
