Learning & Development Manager (F&B)

Are you a seasoned Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving operational excellence within the F&B and retail sectors? Erajaya is looking for a strategic Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Pasarrebo, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of Erajaya's workforce. You'll work closely with department heads to identify training needs, develop customized training solutions, and measure the impact of training initiatives on business outcomes.

Your daily tasks will include conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, facilitating workshops and webinars, and providing coaching and mentoring to employees. You'll also be responsible for managing the learning management system (LMS) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the F&B sector. With a strong background in training and development, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of learning and development at Erajaya.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design customized learning solutions.
• Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.
• Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to support employee development.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective use across the organization.
• Evaluate the impact of training initiatives on business outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on the F&B or retail sectors.
• Certification in instructional design, e-learning, or performance management is a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Docebo, or TalentLMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
