In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that attract and retain customers. You will be responsible for managing our credit marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall business objectives. Daily, you will engage with potential clients, providing them with detailed information about our credit products and services, and addressing their queries and concerns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the credit market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior marketing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
