📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert cost management advice using digital tools and software such as Glodon Construction Cloud, Procore, and PlanGrid.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare detailed cost reports to support project decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in cost management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cost management practices and digital tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital cost management.
• Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present cost management strategies to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Certification in digital cost management tools such as Glodon Construction Cloud is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and advanced digital tools for cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
