Enterprise Account Executive - Media

Databricks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our Media team in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for our enterprise customers in the media industry.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in our target accounts.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise customers in the media industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the media industry.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the media industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the media industry, including digital media, advertising, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
