📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms and resolving disputes.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Leverage QuickBooks and Salesforce to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze receivables data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on accounts receivable to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Certification in accounts receivable or financial management is a plus.
