As an IT Security & Infrastructure Specialist at Mitra Solusi Telematika, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security protocols, conducting regular security assessments, and providing expert guidance on infrastructure optimization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans using tools like Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts using SIEM systems such as Splunk or IBM QRadar.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure optimization and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and resilience of our IT infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security posture.
• Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure, with a strong background in network security and infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
